Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we will gladly accept returns for any product purchased at Contour online if
- Items are returned within 28 days of receipt.
- Items are unworn and unwashed and free of marks/make up/fake tan
- Items labels are intact and in the original packaging
Please note, we cannot offer refunds on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.
Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds or exchanges.

You will need to pay return postage. Please obtain proof of postage at the Post Office and keep this until you have had confirmation that you have received your refund or exchange. Please keep your proof of postage safe in case you need this as your proof of return. We will make one exchange with no extra postage costs.
We aim to process your return and refund ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. Any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will reimburse the original price paid for any product. We regret that we are unable to refund original postal charges for the returned item.
Items Damaged in transit
Please report any items damaged in transit to Contour online within 10 calendar days. Once we have received the damaged goods back to our store we will send a replacement or issue a full refund to the original form of payment. Contour Online will also pay for your return carriage costs.
Faulty items are very rear but if they are faulty on arrival, we need to be informed within 10 calendar days. Faulty items need to be returned with the original packaging and labels to be assessed and tested by our staff. It we deem the item not faulty – it will be returned and you will be liable for postal costs. If an item develops a fault – as well as testing we will return the item to the manufacturers and abide by any decision they make with regard to refund.
